It is important to us to involve you as a patient in your treatment at the Insel Gruppe.
That's why our new patient portal, myInsel from Epic, now gives you access to your health information anytime, anywhere. This allows you to be even more informed about your health and discuss any questions you may have directly with your doctor. The myInsel patient portal offers the following features:
Main functions
The following six main functions are available on the myInsel app home screen:
Under «Book an appointment» you can select your preferred appointment time yourself after receiving a digital appointment invitation, depending on the clinic. Individual appointments in infectious diseases can also be booked directly at this time.

In the «Messages» section, you can contact our technical support team and ask questions about the app.
Depending on the clinic, and if you already have an appointment with the Insel Group or one is coming up, you can also contact your clinic directly.
«Visits» shows you your upcoming and past appointments in the Insel Gruppe.
Under «Results» you can view your medical results and imaging. You can display a trend graph for multiple tests.
In «Medications» you can manage your medication list, including the option to add new medications.
The «Letters» section contains reports, recipes, and important correspondence such as appointment invitations.
Menu functions
Once logged into myInsel, you will find additional functions in the menu area at the top left, such as:
Under «Health summary» you can record your medications and allergies and set your personal health goal.
In the «Questionnaires» section, you will find, among other things, the consent form for InselLink, which allows your family doctor to access your medical records. You will also find questionnaires that you may be asked to fill out before your appointment due to your treatment.

In the «Document Center» you will find statements and documents from the current and previous systems of the Insel Gruppe.
You can also grant friends and family access to your myInsel account.
