• On site: Ask a member of your treatment team for your myInsel activation code.

• Online: Alternatively, you can also request your code online and open your myInsel account.

Once you have your activation code, use this to log in to the myInsel patient portal for the first time.

Please note: for the first login, click on the green“Login with code” button in the next step of the login screen.

After you’re successfully logged in for the first time, set your personal username and password in myInsel.

Use your newly created login details to access the myInsel patient portal anywhere and at any time. You no longer need the activation code now. Each time you log in, we use two-factor authentication.

You have access to all myInsel functions both in the myInsel app and in the browser.
