myInsel – Patient portal Instructions activation via website

Activating access

After registration, you will need to activate your myInsel account in order to be able to use myInsel. You can find detailed step-by-step instructions here.

1. Start activation

Click on the link you have received.

2. Create user account

You will now be prompted to create a username and password:

Set your username.
Please note: Umlauts and spaces are not allowed.
Create a secure password consisting of at least 8 characters and containing letters, numbers and special characters.

Now enter your date of birth to confirm.
Click “Send” to continue.

3. Enter contact details

Now enter your e-mail address and mobile number.
These contact details are required to enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
Click “Next” once you have entered your details.

4. Accept Terms of Use

A window will open containing the Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
Scroll to the end of the document and click “Accept” to continue.

5. Complete activation

Once you have accepted the Terms of Use, your registration is complete.
You will receive a confirmation message that your myInsel account has been successfully activated and that you can use myInsel.

myInsel is also available as an app:

Do you have an iPhone?

Visit the Apple App Store and search for «myInsel».

Select the «myInsel» app and click «Get».

Once the app has downloaded, open myInsel.

Do you have an Android phone?

Visit the Google Play Store and search for «myInsel».

Select the «myInsel» app and click «Install».

Once the app is installed, open myInsel.

Once you have successfully opened the app on your device, you can log in using the username and password you set during activation.
